SUPERFLO
VANE ROTARY PUMPS being manufactured by us since 1965 are in use with INDIAN
OIL CORP LTD., BAHRAT PETROLEUM CORP. LTD., INDIAN AIR FORCE, Govt. Departments
and Industries all over India. These pumps are ideal for High Suction lift and
overcome "Vapour Lock" on Petroleum lines while pumping volatile liquids
such as Petrol, Kerosene, Diesel, thinners & Solvents. These Pumps are also
suitable for pumping furnace oil, LDO, Lube Oils and other viscous liquids which
are non-abrasive and non-corrosive. However the product to be pumped should be
mentioned when ordering the Pump. The Pumps are offered in three Models i.e. with
Direct Drive, Gear Drive and Belt Drive arrangements and complete with Flame Proof
/ Non-Flame Proof electricals.
POSITIVE DISPALCEMENT SUPERFLO VANE ROTARY
PUMPS are designed to give High standard of mechanical efficiency. Maintenance
time and cost are reduced to minimum due to slow speed. There is no metal friction
in the cylinder since the pumps are provided with non metallic vanes.
There
is no loss of efficiency with sliding vane design due to self adjusting wear characteristics.
As wear occurs at the tips of the vanes, they project further out of the rotor
slot to compensate for wear.
Differential Pressure setting
of inbuilt Byepass valve can be set from 2 kg/cm2 to 4kg/cm2.
All
Models are furnished with a built-in pressure relief valve to protect the pump
and auxiliary equipment from damage due to excessive pressure. If the pressure
reaches maximum set limit due to any interruption on the delivery side, the pressure
relief valve actuates and the excess pressure is released into the inlet section
of the pump.
MECHANICAL
SEALS :
All Superflo Vane Rotary Pumps are provided with
Mechanical seals on both ends of shaft to control leakage and protect the bearings
from the liquid being pumped. They require no adjustment and are easily replaceable.
SELF
PRIMING
All Superflo Vane Rotary Pumps are Positive Displacement
in action and inherently self-priming under normal conditions within period of
seconds.
